The Dilworth Old Boys' Association Council, inclusive of the School Principal, meet monthly for 11 months of the year. In general the Council meets the first Tuesday of each month and holds the meeting at the School Recreation Centre meeting room. Sometimes we hold the meetings at the Junior School where we include in the meeting the Head of Junior School.

For a full listing of the Council Officers look here. The Council Officers are all Old Boys of the School and it is their job to represent the Association. In general we are looking to have a Council that represents all decades of Old Boys. As such on the Council we have Old Boys aged in their 20s and at least one aged in his 80s (the great man - Theo Davy). In a typical Council meeting we will discuss agenda items such as:

• Principal's monthly report
• Treasurers report
• Correspondence
• Old Boys Website
• Reunions
• ... and so forth
